Registered Behavior Technician Full-Time

Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment objectives and behavior support plans designed by a supervising bcba/Bcaba, while maintaining high professional standards and ethical compliance. The role also requires accurate data collection, completing all required documentation, and assisting clients with personal care needs including toileting and dressing.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and must successfully complete background checks. Essential requirements include maintaining active rbt certification in good standing with the bacb and the physical ability to prompt or assist clients up to 60lbs.
