School-Based Clinical Evaluator (Remote, IL)

The evaluator will complete initial screenings and comprehensive assessments for individuals of all ages, developing provisional diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and referral plans. This role also involves providing brief therapeutic interventions, coordinating follow-Up care, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field, along with active or provisional state licensure appropriate to the scope of practice, such as lpc, lsw, lcpc, or lcsw in illinois. Strong communication, clinical judgment, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
