Vocational Support Specialist

The vocational support specialist will perform comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' skills and interests while coordinating with employment specialists to help clients achieve their career goals. They will also provide training in essential soft skills and advocate for workplace accommodations.

A high school diploma is required, with a preference for an associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Candidates should have preferred experience in rehabilitation, employment services, or social services, along with strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.
