Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will provide one-On-One aba therapy to children diagnosed with autism and implement treatment plans developed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities also include tracking client progress and supporting their families.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma, though a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and must have experience working with children. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are mandatory, along with effective english communication skills for documentation and interaction.
