Direct Care for Children

Direct care staff are responsible for planning, supervising, and assisting assigned groups of children (Ages 5-17) with daily needs, including hygiene, homework, and recreational activities, while adhering to treatment plans. This role also involves transporting children to various appointments and activities and maintaining a safe, stable, home-Like environment.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged equivalent, along with an active driver's license. Successful candidates must pass criminal background checks, a drug screening, and a tuberculosis test, and demonstrate an understanding of cultural diversity and crisis intervention skills.
