Direct Care Staff are responsible for planning, supervising, and assisting assigned groups of children (ages 5-17) with daily needs, including hygiene, homework, and recreational activities, while adhering to treatment plans. This role also involves transporting children to various appointments and activities and maintaining a safe, stable, home-like environment.
Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, along with an active Driver's License. Successful candidates must pass criminal background checks, a drug screening, and a tuberculosis test, and demonstrate an understanding of cultural diversity and crisis intervention skills.
