Postsecondary and Career Success Advisor

The advisor will manage a caseload of approximately 400 college-Enrolled alumni primarily using ai-Powered nudge texting technology for outreach, support, and caseload management. They will also be responsible for creating new content, executing persistence and career-Focused programming, and driving alumni communications.

The ideal candidate must have a deep passion for social justice and educational equity, with at least two years of related experience and strong project management and communication skills. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with a commitment to serving historically marginalized communities and supporting students through postsecondary programs.
