After School Program Leader: Part-Time, East LA 90032

The program leader will assist in planning and implementing daily after-School enrichment programs focused on academics, culture, and recreation while ensuring a safe environment for k-12 youth. Key duties include maintaining student ratios, developing positive relationships with stakeholders, tracking attendance, and supervising activities both on-Site and during field trips.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or ged plus further education (Associate's degree or two years of college study), and have experience working with k-12 students in youth settings. Essential requirements include passing background checks (Fingerprinting/Tb test) and demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively and respond swiftly in emergencies.
