PRN Youth Care Associate

A youth care associate provides therapeutic support and supervision to youth during all daily activities, ensuring a safe environment and consistent implementation of the client treatment plan. Responsibilities include developing and participating in unit activities, providing first aid, transporting clients, and maintaining required documentation.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and one year of experience working with children or adolescents in child welfare, along with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Applicants must also pass a background check, fingerprint checks, and a pre-Employment drug test, and be able to implement required training skills.
