FT 7am-7pm Youth Care Associate

The youth care associate provides therapeutic support and supervision for youth during all daily activities, ensuring a safe environment and consistent implementation of treatment plans. Responsibilities include developing unit activities, providing first aid, transporting clients, and documenting interactions as required.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma, a valid driver's license with an acceptable record, and the ability to speak, read, and write english. Successful completion of required trainings, background checks (Including fingerprints), a pre-Employment drug test, and maintaining required vaccinations are mandatory.
