The behavior technician will work directly with clients to shape behavior into breakthroughs using science-Backed strategies, while also collecting data to track progress and triumph. They will engage in supervision with behavior analysts to evolve their skills and execute standardized assessments under direction.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, complete a 40-Hour minimum rbt training, pass the national board exam for bacb registration, and hold current cpr & first aid certification.
