Title: Assistant Coach – Tennis Job Summary: The Assistant High School Tennis Coach will assist the Head Tennis Coach in the planning, organizing, and execution of tennis practices, competitions, and events. This role involves contributing to the MCS “Live, Love, Learn” culture by helping to develop athletes' skills, ensure team safety, and provide support during competitions. The Assistant Coach reports directly to and will work closely with the Head Tennis Coach to foster a positive and supportive environment for all athletes. Lines of Authority: Reports directly to the Head Tennis Coach.

  • Plan logistics and transportation for events during and outside of school hours.

  • Mentoring and coaching the athlete.

  • Assist in the fundraising of the Sports program.

  • Responsible for financial budgeting of the Athletic program.
