Hospital Educator Clinical

The hospital educator will be pivotal in planning, developing, and coordinating in-Service education programs for all hospital staff, while also serving as a point-Person for local schools regarding student clinical rotations. Key duties include coordinating staff certifications (Bls/Acls), managing training materials, assisting with orientation, coordinating the preceptor program, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Candidates must possess an active clinical license and appropriate education to maintain licensure, with previous educator experience being preferred. Essential soft skills include excellent communication, strong organization, critical thinking, and the flexibility to work varying shifts.
