The role involves supporting individuals with autism in various settings by teaching daily living and social skills using evidence-Based treatments, while also collecting and summarizing unbiased data during sessions. Responsibilities include implementing therapy designed by a bcba and collaborating effectively with the clinical team and families to support client needs.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high-School diploma or equivalent and have consistent, reliable transportation, a driver's license, and car insurance for in-Home services. Behavior technicians must be able to attend the 40-Hour rbt training and pass the rbt exam within 45 days of hire, along with maintaining clean background and drug screenings.
