Direct Support Professional (DSP)

As a direct support professional, you will assist individuals with neurodiversity in achieving personal independence and support them in learning new skills. You will also provide on-The-Job coaching and encourage the development of interpersonal skills.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with a positive driving record. Access to a personal vehicle and minimum automobile liability insurance of $50,000 is also required.
