Direct Support Professional (DSP)

As a direct support professional, you will assist individuals with neurodiversity in achieving personal independence and support their learning of new skills. You will also provide on-The-Job coaching and encourage the development of interpersonal skills.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and access to a personal vehicle. A minimum of $50,000 automobile liability insurance is also required.
