Job responsibilities
Classroom Instruction
- Follow the lesson plan provided by the absent teacher or school administration.
- Deliver instructional content to students using appropriate materials, tools, and resources.
- Adapt lessons and activities as needed to meet the diverse needs of students.
Classroom Management
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and productive classroom environment.
- Enforce school rules and policies to ensure smooth class operations.
- Manage student behavior and address disruptions using appropriate methods.
Student Engagement
- Actively engage students in learning activities to promote participation.
- Provide guidance and support to help students understand the material.
Assessments and Feedback
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback according to the lesson plan.
- Administer quizzes, tests, and assessments as required.
- Submit completed work and any necessary reports to the regular teacher or school administration.
Communication
- Communicate effectively with students, school staff, and administrators.
- Report any issues or incidents during the day, such as conflicts or accidents, to the appropriate personnel.

JOB REQUIREMENTS • Education
