Student Life Counselor

This role involves creating, planning, and implementing the student life program both inside and outside the residence halls, including teaching the halls curriculum and managing student discipline. The counselor acts as the principal caregiver for students and supervises resident assistants during afternoon and evening hours.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in social sciences or a related field, along with two to three years of experience in administration, management, or leadership. Required experience also includes two to three years in adolescent development, residential education, teaching, or supervision/Security involving adolescents.
