Secondary Math Teacher (School Year 2026-2027)

The math teacher is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering quality lesson plans and curricula adhering to national and school guidelines, while also providing suitable assessments and helpful feedback to students, parents, and staff. This role involves planning and instructing math topics such as pre-Algebra, geometry, and algebra ii, enforcing policies, and preparing students for standardized tests.

Candidates must meet all qualifications and behavior standards set by the state of maryland authority, including holding msde certification in math or the ability to obtain a conditional license. A bachelor's degree and successful completion of a background check are required employment criteria.
