Assistant Swim Coach

The assistant swim coach will be responsible for developing important skills in young athletes such as communication, leadership, and responsibility while coaching the lifesaving skill of swimming. Responsibilities include relating to young student-Athletes, demonstrating knowledge of competitive swimming, and serving as an encouraging role model.

Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and must have participated in competitive swimming as a student-Athlete. Applicants should also have experience working with children aged 7-18 as a coach or educator and must obtain necessary lifesaving certifications, for which training is provided.
