Behavior Aide

The role involves supporting an assigned student one-On-One to meet goals outlined in their individualized education plan (Iep), which includes providing customized behavior support and teaching life skills. Responsibilities also include implementing and modifying behavior support plans, tracking data, utilizing intervention strategies, and ensuring student safety through supervision and crisis management.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and experience working in an educational setting implementing behavioral interventions for students with intensive behavioral needs is preferred. The role requires implementing support plans, tracking data, and using various intervention and de-Escalation techniques.
