Behavior Aide

The role involves collaborating with teachers to deliver individualized services and support to small groups of students, which includes monitoring behavior, tracking educational progress, and reinforcing learning through a proven model. Responsibilities also extend to implementing behavior support strategies, utilizing de-Escalation techniques, and assisting with academic tasks and student supervision.

A high school diploma is required, though college experience or a bachelor's degree is highly preferred for this position. Prior experience working with special needs students in an educational setting is also preferred.
