Registered Behavior Technician - $750 sign on bonus

Responsibilities include implementing behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba), collecting data to monitor treatment effectiveness, and supporting the bcba in training families on individualized treatment plans. Technicians must also maintain clear communication with families and supervisors and physically keep up with active children during sessions.

Candidates must possess current/Active rbt certification and access to reliable transportation, along with a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) is preferred, but not required.
