Lifeguard

The lifeguard is responsible for maintaining constant surveillance to ensure the safety of customers, reporting unsafe activities, and providing immediate and appropriate emergency care when necessary. They must also deliver a world-Class experience by ensuring a safe environment for all swimmers.

Candidates must possess a current lifeguard certification and maintain it throughout employment, along with current cpr-Pr, first aid, and aed certifications within 90 days of hire. Additional requirements include the ability to learn curriculum safety aspects within 30 days, work well in a team, be comfortable around water and children, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs while standing for long periods.
