SS-Swim Instructor

Swim instructors are responsible for teaching swimming skills using the safesplash swim school curriculum in a fun and engaging manner while ensuring constant supervision and enforcing safety guidelines. They must also track student progression daily and conduct monthly feedback sessions with parents.

Candidates must obtain cpr/Aed and first aid certification within 90 days and complete safesplash curriculum training within 30 days, although training is available for the certifications. The role requires the ability to work comfortably with children and around water for extended periods, with prior swim experience being preferred.
