Upward Bound Summer Academy Bridge Teachers

Teachers will instruct eight 90-Minute classes over two weeks during the summer bridge program, focusing on experiential curriculum designed to prepare recent high school graduates for college transition. Duties include designing inspiring content related to college success and writing final student evaluations upon course conclusion.

Candidates must have completed a bachelor of science or arts degree in a relevant field and possess experience with workshop presentations and instruction, along with a strong desire to help disadvantaged youth succeed. Required abilities include direct classroom instruction experience, preferably with high school students, and sensitivity when working with this age group.
