Performance Studies-Trumpet

Performance studies instructors are expected to arrange one-On-One meetings with students to practice and refine skills, focusing on areas needing improvement and fostering a supportive learning environment. They must also communicate placement concerns to full-Time faculty and the school directors and submit logs of student meetings to support logged hours.

The minimum requirement for this adjunct staff position is a master’s degree, along with proficiency in the specialty instrument and the ability to work well with diverse student schedules. Preferred qualifications include 3-5 years of university-Level or private studio teaching experience and some professional performance experience.
