Lead Teacher - Competetive Pay + Signing Bonus + Performance Bonuses

The lead teacher is responsible for implementing age-Appropriate lesson plans using the proprietary wonder of learning® curriculum, while creating and maintaining a safe and nurturing classroom environment. Key duties also involve maintaining positive communication with families, supervising children's health and safety, and supporting team members.

A high school diploma is required, though an associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a child development associate (Cda) credential is preferred. Candidates should ideally have 1-2 years of experience with young children in a licensed setting and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
