The Lead Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing classroom environment and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum. They must guide children's learning through their interests and maintain strong professional relationships with families and staff.
Candidates are required to have previous experience in early childhood education and meet Delaware licensing requirements. A CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in ECE or a related field is preferred.
