Floater

This role involves supporting lead teachers across various classrooms, ranging from infants through preschool, to ensure a safe, fun, and engaging environment for the children. The floater teacher will step in as needed to maintain proper staffing ratios and assist with daily routines, activities, and transitions.

The ideal candidate must be caring and flexible, capable of supporting children's social, emotional, and educational development. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment, as well as covering breaks and providing assistance where necessary.
