This role involves supporting lead teachers across multiple classrooms, ranging from infant through preschool, to ensure a safe, fun, and engaging environment for the children. Responsibilities include stepping in as needed to maintain proper child-To-Staff ratios and assisting with daily routines, activities, and transitions.

The ideal candidate must be caring and flexible to join the childcare team, supporting various classrooms as needed. Key duties involve assisting with child development, maintaining classroom order, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
