Staff members will support the smooth and safe operation of all Auburn Youth Programs camps by preparing materials, assisting with check-in/out processes, and ensuring adherence to regulations regarding minors and safety. This involves working in the office for preparation and actively participating in camp logistics while fostering a positive Auburn spirit.
Applicants must be enrolled students at Auburn University for at least one year, be in good academic standing, and be at least 19 years old by June 1, 2026, requiring a background check and a valid driver's license. Staff must commit to working a minimum of 20 hours per week, even if taking classes, and attend mandatory training.

A successful Auburn Youth Programs Staff Member will be an Auburn student with a passion for impacting and serving youth. We’re looking for an individual that will work behind the scenes to support the smooth and safe operation of all Auburn Youth Programs camps and programs and ensure an extraordinary Auburn Experience for camp participants.

Enrolled student at Auburn University for at least one year Enrolled and taking classes during the semester of employment; or Not enrolled in classes for the semester of employment, but enrolled in the previous semester and enrolled for the following semester. Previous camp counselor experience or experience working with high school students preferred.
