The counselor will manage a client caseload, complete required evaluations and assessments, and document all clinical services within the electronic record. They must monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans, coordinate care with outside providers, and confer daily with the clinical supervisor.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a minimum of an associate degree with cadc or a bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science or related field, along with one year of experience in substance abuse and/Or mental health. Certification as a cadc must be obtained within two years of employment.
