Direct Support Professional (DSP) Community Based Day Program Delaware State

The direct support professional (Dsp) is responsible for providing quality person-Centered services to customers, mentoring and supporting individuals with disabilities. They ensure the health, welfare, and safety of clients according to individual service/Support plans.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and preferably two years of experience working with individuals with autism. A valid driver's license and the ability to assist individuals physically are also required.
