Employment Trainer-PT

The employment trainer will work one-On-One with participants at their work sites to facilitate learning new job duties and support them in achieving individual employment goals. This includes guiding them in understanding job duties, supplementing their work, and systematically fading direct support as they adjust.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess basic knowledge of issues affecting people with disabilities, along with experience using software packages like microsoft office. A driver's license is preferred, and the ability to work split shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed is required.
