Early Literacy Coach-Nemours Brightstart

This role involves providing professional development, coaching, and resources to enhance teaching practices and improve student outcomes using the ncrbs! Curricula among various entities. The coach will also ensure administrators and educators are competent in using, tracking, and assessing the materials with young learners.

A master's degree is required, preferably in education, along with 5+ years of experience in early childhood education, pre-K, or primary settings. A minimum of 3 years experience as a trainer or in a leadership role, including experience mentoring or coaching educators in classrooms, is also necessary.
