Youth Care Worker - PM Shift

The youth care worker provides direct supervision and care for children in a residential setting, fostering a safe environment that supports learning and behavioral management according to policy. Key duties include engaging with youth, teaching daily living skills, conducting intake procedures, ensuring facility safety, and accurately documenting child progress and behavior.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have one year of experience working with children or adolescents in a social service setting. Additional requirements include passing background checks, drug tests, maintaining required vaccinations, and obtaining cpr/First aid and cpi certifications.
