Direct Care Worker

The direct care worker provides treatment interventions in one-To-One or small group settings, focusing on promoting logical decision-Making and encouraging least restrictive alternatives for youth needing specialty or crisis services. Responsibilities include conducting intake, providing essential needs, assisting with activity planning, and ensuring the safety and proper supervision of youth according to their treatment plans.

Candidates must be 21 years of age or older, possess a valid driver's license, and be able to pass required background checks. A high school diploma is required, though an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred, along with at least two years of experience in residential programming, which is also preferred.
