Lower School School Counselor (2026-2027)

The counselor will guide students' social-Emotional growth by designing and teaching lessons, providing individual and small group counseling, and maintaining confidential records. They will also partner closely with families and faculty through collaboration, consultation, and serving on support teams.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in school counseling and ideally have a minimum of three years of counseling experience with lower school-Aged children, along with preferred experience in developmentally responsive approaches. Essential qualities include cultural competence, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with technology like google workspace.
