Residential Adv. 1 - Sub

The primary duties involve instruction and supervision of students in the residential program, focusing on teaching age-Appropriate daily living skills and ensuring student safety and whereabouts are known at all times. Secondary responsibilities include maintaining a clean and sanitary environment, attending meetings, transporting students, and completing necessary record keeping like logbooks and incident reports.

A high school diploma or equivalency is required for this role, with preferred qualifications including training or experience in childcare within residential facilities, especially with students who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind, visually impaired, or deafblind. Proficiency in american sign language (Asl) or a willingness to achieve proficiency is also a key requirement.
