Full Time Residential Therapist

The residential therapist will provide direct therapeutic services, including individual and group therapy, case management, and family support, to children and their families within residential and school programs. Responsibilities also include developing individualized treatment plans, completing necessary documentation, and consulting with the treatment team and psychiatrist.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a human services discipline, with a master's degree required or in progress, and a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a childcare setting working with children with behavioral issues. The role requires the ability to obtain necessary licensure and involves physical demands such as lifting and potentially physically restraining a child.
