Clinical Development Specialist

This role involves orienting, training, and supporting various staff including nursing students and registered nurses, while also planning and evaluating onboarding and orientation programs. The specialist will also perform registered nurse duties and facilitate the implementation of policies and equipment.

Candidates must possess a bachelor of science from an accredited nursing school and hold an active, unrestricted rn license in georgia, along with two years of experience as an rn and two years of clinical experience in the specialty. Basic cardiac life support (Bls) certification from the american heart association is mandatory.
