ABA Behavior Technician

The behavior technician implements individualized treatment plans directed by a board-Certified behavioral analyst, which includes observing, recording, and reporting client progress and managing challenging behaviors daily. They must also apply behavioral principles consistently, assist clients with skill acquisition, and maintain accurate documentation.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a genuine passion for working with children, along with reliable transportation and the ability to pass a company background check. Prior experience with children is advantageous, and the role requires physical capability for lifting and maintaining various postures.
