Infant Toddler Assistant Teacher

The primary responsibility is to provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience supporting each infant's individual needs in a safe and nurturing environment. This includes building strong relationships with families through daily communication and collaborating with the teaching team to maintain routines and meet licensing standards.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements, with prior experience in a licensed childcare center being necessary. A child development associate (Cda) credential or a degree in early childhood education is preferred, alongside a nurturing personality and a genuine love for working with babies.
