Job Coach (Special Needs) - Brooklyn, Manhattan & Queens

The job coach will manage a caseload of 10-15 clients, spending most of their time in the field supporting them at their job sites. Responsibilities include teaching, assisting, and supporting new workers using various techniques until they become proficient in their roles.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and preferably have one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities, along with an understanding of person centered planning. Flexibility in work hours, including potential early mornings, evenings, or weekends, is mandatory.
