Direct Care Worker (Non-Profit) - All Five Boroughs

The direct care worker (Dcw) provides support services to individuals with developmental disabilities under the age of 21 in new york state’s foster care system. Responsibilities include empowering individuals, facilitating community inclusion, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Candidates must have a minimum of an associate’s degree and 2 years of related experience. Knowledge of hcbs waiver regulations and the ability to communicate effectively are also required.
