Academic Success Coach & Learning Community Coordinator (Newark)

The academic success coach will manage daily operations of existing learning community programs, develop new initiatives, and lead projects aimed at increasing student success and retention. This role involves developing and evaluating student-Centered programs, coordinating outreach, and teaching lc courses.

Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, experience in program planning and administration, and prior work with college students, along with knowledge of university policies and strong communication skills. Desired qualifications include a master's degree in a related field and experience analyzing student data.
