The family service advocate partners with families to promote children's healthy development and school readiness by utilizing family engagement principles, providing targeted support to vulnerable families, and enhancing family well-Being through individualized support and group experiences. Responsibilities also include coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to connect families with necessary resources, track progress toward self-Identified goals, and maintain accurate program documentation.

Preferred primary qualifications include an associate's or bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or a related field, or a high school diploma with 3 years of relevant experience and a completed family development certificate. Candidates must possess strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills, integrity, and the ability to work independently while managing a diverse caseload.
