Behavior Technician (RBT)

The behavior technician will deliver in-Person applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children in their homes, following plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities also include collecting and recording data on client progress and participating in required supervision and training sessions.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate a passion for supporting children with special needs, ideally with experience in early intervention for ages 2–6 in an in-Home setting. Reliable transportation and the ability to meet physical demands are also necessary.
