Epic Credentialed Classroom Trainer

This role involves mastering the facilitation of epic classroom training across all supported applications, working closely with principal trainers. Additionally, the trainer will provide one-On-One support during go-Lives and assist in developing curriculum and testing training environments.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and be copc credentialed in all assigned epic applications, or obtain this within six months of hire. Essential qualifications include strong verbal communication, public speaking skills, knowledge of adult education principles, and familiarity with organizational workflows and the epic system.
