Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The behavior technician will conduct one-On-One aba therapy sessions with children aged 2-12, following prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans while collecting and recording data for each session. Responsibilities also include communicating client progress to parents/Caregivers under bcba guidance and assisting the bcba with material preparation.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills, detail orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Essential functions require physical capabilities such as lifting up to 30 pounds, assuming various postures for extended periods, and performing tasks like feeding, diapering, and toileting.
